Nah... He'd be more likely to just use the same old excuses: I'm tired, I don't feel good, my body hurts, I didn't get enough sleep, I had things to do.

although I'd say if the tired/hurting stuff is so debilitating it prevents him from ever mailing things he needs a doctor.
