Personality:Lance doesn't trust well but will not let that interfere with his work, He can be friendly when needed though most of the time he is cocky and flirtatious around women. Though at first contact with a new women, he becomes socially awkward and essentially freezes up. He is quite sensitive to name calling and people staring, he is straight and has no friends due to constant travel though he wants friends. He is honorable and will not strike a man while he is down and cannot defend himself, He often makes smart remarks and quick come backs to those who either piss him off or those he finds close to him.
