This might sound silly, but after going around the forums what's considered necro-ing? Like how old of a thread is too old for replying?

If I remember Clearly, Nercoing is not allowed Unless the post you make has something helpful to add to the thread and is on topic.. I could be wrong.. I could always ask someone.. hmm..

But where is line drawn for necroing? Most forums have some sort of boundary line listed, but all I can track down is "you can nercro but we'll silently judge you for it". Maybe I should just stop thinking about this and tread very carefully until I figure out the answer. :D

Warmest welcomes to you! I admit that I possess a weakness for allusions to fictions with which I am familiar, and I consider myself quite a scholar of Hylian mythology. An unhealthy obsession, one might call it, to the point that I often look for comparisons to the Triforce in any subject matter I encounter. As such, I appreciate your name, though I admit that I might expect a somewhat greener avatar. But there's no reason for you to let me dictate your personal appearance.

Apologies if my correspondence is difficult to understand. That's just part of the act, I'm afraid.

Necroposting": Trisphee does not prohibit posting in old, inactive threads, but new posts in these threads will be held to a higher standard of scrutiny when judging whether a post has sufficient content to be considered non-spam. For example, posting in an inactive thread to simply express agreement with the content is considered spam and the post may be deleted.

I'm going to feel really silly if the answer is in a FAQ I missed.

@Xyphlan: I can't afford a good Farore worthy outfit yet, but it's gonna happen some day! I've got wind, nature, and law enforcement to work with if I remember right.

Edit: That's the thing I keep finding about necro posts. I can't stop myself from being mildly bothered by never knowing the definition of "old", but maybe it's not important/ determined by the OP.

I can't say I recall the Goddess of Courage being associated with law enforcement. Though it does seem likely that the Hylian knights associated themselves with her, as Courage is the attribute exemplified by The Hero of Time.

I wish I had something to give you that might assist in the fabrication of your outfit, but I am rather unfamiliar with the clothing that is available. Instead, I insist that you accept a modest monetary donation, a token of goodwill towards a fellow Zelda fan.
