Espy; Haha, we can forgive you this once about the grammar. ;] I'm sorry to hear that tho'. Have you tried random physical movements? Sounds weird but sometimes when I feel like I'm going to fly off my rocker and friggin' climb walls I just start doing a shit ton of physical movements. Even if I'm lying in bed. I look like a durp but it helps release some of the anxiety. Shit that you have to be anxious and stressed in the first place tho'.
