I do not know anything about it, but I do plan to watch it, once I see The Last Airbender. Even if the shows do not have much of a connection, I still want to be able to see The Last Airbender first.

I was actually not a huge fan-I'm largely of the opinion that it would have been fantastic if they had taken their time with it and drawn it out like they did with the original series

as much as i understand their reasoning behind this, i believe it was totally a dumb assumption on their part considering how wildly successful ATLA was

from what i remember, they planned for it to only be one season and everything actually went as planned, but the incredible amount of support from the fans allowed them to go past that and be green-lit for a second and third book which both look incredibly interesting but im still seriously wondering how theyll pull it off considering korra has already reached (and apparently mastered) the avatar state "/ rumour has it that the second book will be greatly influenced by the spirit realm or w/e
