I'm not good at insults, but I always loved how he put that. It was said to Andre the Giant. So it is an insult, but not weight related. More just...intimating that you are Ogre like.

It's actually thanks to The Princess Bride that I met my husband. He was leaving the Subway I worked at and said "Have fun storming the castle."
