I've actually been wondering what was the egg for, too. I always thought it was 20 Runes just for the egg, I never thought there were bundles of things inside of them. That's pretty awesome.

They are like the other DI's only you have an equal chance of getting each.. 1/5th of the time the system gives you an item.

I bought 3 eggs and got the same DI every single time :/
Luckily, Vader can use all 3 for -his- avatar, but I just ended up wasting 30 runes :/
But I guess its only fair xD
