"I don't think you want to know" Lance laughed and let go of her hand walking forward through the crowds he began to feel a bit consumed with the feeling of his unraveling Patience. "Why must it be this slow to get to the castle" He looked back at Noelle who was right behind him, He smirked while quickly grabbing her hand and making there way down a small alley. "So how far do you trust me?" He smirked looking up at the rooftops above.

Noelle stares at him, "All depends what your planning to do.." her gaze follows his and her face pales a bit, "I-i am not really comfortable with heights.. for personal reasons." She didn't trust him enough to let him know about her past yet..

Lance grabbed the edge of his cloak and ripped of off revealing the clothes under the cloak his 2 fox like tails unfold and gracefully fall from his waste. "Trust me I won't let you fall, Just close your eyes and trust me" Lance said while smiling and extending his arm out to offer Noelle to come to him. "I mean unless you want to spend hours in a crowd where we can barely hear each other that thats fine."

Noelle accepts his arm, "If you say so. And no, I don't. Crowds are okay but sometimes they make me feel just as uncomfortable." she closes her eyes as Lance told her to.

Lance smiled and gently picked the women up after getting her comfortable in her arms he launched his back foot off onto the wall in front of him and began zigzagging between the Alley walls making his way to the top he carefully sat her down on the roof of the small building he had landed upon. "Hey we made it up are you okay?" Lance's voice was filled with concern and worry as he looked at the women.

Noelle's eyes open and she looks at Lance, "I-i'm fine, really." She glances around, "You can see the whole town view here." she says in awe, her green eyes wide in excitement.

Lance smirked and look out upon the world with the look as if he had seen the world for the first time. "Ya, I guess I never noticed how it looked from up here, Never really had the time to look out from places like this before" Lance placed his hand on the back of his head rubbing it. "It is kinda beautiful"

"Beautiful.. it's amazing!" Noelle screeches, resting her palms on the edge of the building, "Can't believe something so man made could look amazing." she grins looking at Lance, "Sorry if I sound like I am new to this but in a way I am."

Jokull nodded and glanced at the end when he heard the noise of approaching people. Smiling slightly he as he noticed a pair of golden fox ears twitching as the person moved through the crowd.

Makani smiled brightly as he bounded up and grinned. "Jokull! Jokull I found some great stuff this time." Grinning as he held up a large bag of food. Pausing when he realized there was an unknown person he frowned. "Who's this Jokull?"

Lance looked over at Noelle and smiled at her excitement, It made him happy to see that People still could be happy about the little things. "So why haven't you tried it before? i mean its not like climbing to the top of a hill is difficult" He teased as he walked over next to her and leaned over the edge. Lance looked out at the crowd below after speaking his mind began to wander. I wonder if she is here..Pictures of the women he considered his sister flowed through his mind.

Jace staid quite for a moment examining the fox like person who had walked up towards them. "Im Jace your friend here has asked me to lend my lance to his aid when needed." He stood up and offered the newly found person a hand shake "And you are?"

Noelle pauses, "I was a foster child, we didn't have those freedoms." she pulls up the sleeve of her top to reveal the scars, "And even if we did, he would never allow me the chance to do that. He conflicted these scars when I was escaping, Lei found me and nursed me back to health." she looks at Lance, waiting for his reaction.

Lance shook his head rapidly snapping out of the almost trance like state he was in noticing the scars on the women's arm, He careful grabbed her arm and studied the scars, not being aware that he hadn't even answered Noelle. There's no way, they couldn't be his.. No, these are sloppy as if a novice did them,It couldn't be him... The opposing hand that was not gripping Noelle's Arm clench as Lance gritted his teeth.. That bastard I'll kill him....

Noelle notices how Lance studies the scars and looks down, "Your the only person who knows, please don't say anything to Lei. The less she knows, the safer she will be in the long run. And besides, with tons of people joining the Hunt, there's little chance of him thinking he can find me here." she tries to smile, showing the scars don't affect her.

"I know someone who can take those away" Lance looked up at Noelle gently releasing her arm. He then proceeds to look into her eyes seeing the force smile upon her face he frowns. "I won't tell lei, But there are A lot of people here, Though you don't wanna hear it there are chances hes here." Lance then smiled and patted the sword that was dangling across his waist. "But don't worry long as i'm around ill try my best to keep you safe, That's promise"

Noelle laughs, "Even if he's here, what are the chances of me running into him? If he wanted me that bad, he had plenty of chances when me and Lei were separated." she smiles at Lance and his offer, "Thank you." she leans against Lance, a small blush forming on her cheeks, "Your the first guy who has offered that."
