And I dunno about calories. I've been pretty lax with what I've been eating for a little and I still haven't hit my max min. lowest calorie consumption to keep my body from going into survival mode. I did just eat a pita bread with grilled cheese tho'. And a white cheddar rice cake. I love rice cakes. (As long as it's not original. BLEH.)
