:] And a full week of the shred thing completed. + a few days ago I did about an hour extra of arm shit to help build them up. And today I did a 15 min ab thing, 10 min arm things and then after a few hours a little after I ate lunch I did another 10 minute set of mixed work outs. :D [after my shred thing.]

It may not be much but I've lost about 3lbs since I last weighed myself.
