once you've downlaoded/installe it click the techniclauncher desktop icon to open the login screen. that screen is essentially the technic version of the minecraft login screen. choose the game mode you want to play (vanilla) from the drop down menu in the top left, then log in.

ok what about patches bc i need to be on 1.2.5 for one server

Your regular minecraft will still be at 1.2.5. Technic has literally no connection to your regular files. It's a totally new folder with new game files. Launch with the regular icon for 1.2.5, launch through technic for 1.3.2

so is that server just entirely vanilla?

I'm using the time you're not in the server to add some additional things :3 Adding additional permissions for the creative world, so you can change the time, weather and some other stuff.

xD oh well i coulda gotten off lol i was half afk anyway :P

yeah the other server has no commands or mods into it... just the world and well now a peaceful setting world

though i did tell him about the plugin Izone

seeing asi im like PLEASE turn at least easy or normal mode back on and set you dome to not have mobs or something DX

it sucks having 2 sets of diamond gear chanted 4 swords like 8 bows, and nothing to kill..

it's a fairly easy plugin to use. you set of the two diagonal corners of a square and make that into a zone which you can turn flags on and off.
