i tried it before and he complained to my parents and i get yelled at for it even though he is the one that is hurting the internet

i know and they told him before to stop and i told him that once he goes to college and hey trys to torrent something he will be paying a $150 fine just to get internet back

yep... and he complains that we are supposed to be getting x amount of MB download but we are getting X amount... and i told him its bc he downloads too much crap
