Yeah, I don't understand that. Are newbies so pathetic that they can't earn their own stuff? I mean, yes, it's nice that people want to give newbies nice things, but it's not like there are ever going to be more of those items.

i dont know... i came on here and started working for things until kali said i could get free things from a newbie donation. so i did that once and then i worked on everything else.

I never got any newbie donations. One, I was too shy and stubborn to ask for a handout. Two, I joined in the middle of the Taskal War and didn't know what in Anka's name was going on. Three, I joined in the middle of the event. I was getting things from that just fine.

Now, though, it seems like more and more newbies are like "Oh, it's so hard. I'm so poor. Give me stuff!" and then they either disappear or get all snobby afterwards. The ones that stick around and are cool to hang around with are becoming kinda rare.
