I'm think that the green dragon could sell tea, but it's a inn/tavern. It goes pretty hardcore with the finest meads and ales in the Shire. No pints though. That's left for the world of men

Even though I know you got the inspiration for this from The Lord of the Rings, the name Green Dragon makes me think of Iroh's little tea shop in the Ba Sing Sae.
