I pulled it down from all sites because it had been lifted and reposted without my permission so many times. Basically, i got tired of fighting with sites to get my work downed when i didn't post it in the first place! For those that say there is no cost to plagiarism, this is proof there is because I got tired of the fight like so many others have who have had to down things for this reason.
