Ok so i wanted to give this one a shot.

I some items i may have for it some items i may have to buy, but i dont know what i need to use...

Items needed:
Shattering Ground (cape)
Nocturnalis Harvest (for bow)
Victorian vestments (boot covers)
Inventors Dream (goggles)

other than that i need help to find/identify items for it.

Good choice, I always thought the starter Pandora gloves would be perfect Ezreal gloves. :)

For hair I would suggest Feather or Shuyin, though there might be a layering combination that works better. I'm just not good at layering hair. A second Victorian Vestments will give you the boot covers.

His hair in front doesn't hang down as low as Shuyin or Feather, so you could always grab a Silvary base and layer the hair under the base, and use something else for the bangs.

Don't forget, Nocturnalis is an upsidedown U, though. For his left hand, you could layer Pandora gloves over something else to create that spiky effect; maybe Haryn's armguards could come in handy.
