Gaia has animations now, they introduced it a couple months ago. The problem with supporting animation is that we'd be sacrificing a lot to make it happen -- we'd have to lose our nice shiny alpha blending and the richness of color, or we'd have to use Flash, or I'd have to do some nutty client-side scripting stuff to fake the animation. It also probably wouldn't work too well with our unlimited layering.

Like on a Youtube account, featuring the NPC for like 1-2 minutes long. You know, shorts? Kinda like how Mattel have short animations to advertise their dolls?

And not a regular thing either. Like for Events. Like the one going on now. Working in conjunction with the writers. It could raise awareness of the site through Youtube as well as having something different.

But it will need more staff for that, so its not a now thing. More like a "what-if"

I was thinking that for the shops, since there are A LOT of pages for just one item of each color we could do this for example: Put one square of the product, like Kiyo Hair Extensions, then when you click it it shows ALL shades of colors from black to white shades and you can select the color you want to buy.

I know you guys can't do this all at once and this site barely started, just giving you some tips. !) Comment below if you have something to say or add.

Sell back feature is being worked on.

I never read anyone's "About me." =/ profiles are also being worked on and will eventually be totally different, so I wouldn't worry about that at all.

not all the hair or items are uploaded. we will obviously have shop updates. don't worry. there's plenty to play with now.

we already can preview items while shopping, just not on a base. having a base there to see the items on, again, I am pretty sure is being worked on.

if you want to search the shops by color, just type the color you want into the bar as a search term. easy enough. every single item has its color in the name, aside from a few special sets.

we do have a friends list, it's on your profile, and also visible when you click "Open Contacts Popup" on the top of the page.

by fixing the comment box, do you mean the comments that overlap the picture of the avatar? I agree, that should be fixed. however, since profiles will eventually be redone, this shouldn't be too much of a problem. just highlight the text to see it for now.

we also do have thread subscriptions, you can find it under the quick reply box, along with "show printable version" and "email this page". if you mean bookmarking specific pages within a thread, you can just do that on your browser.
