well, I work under an american company and i talk to them and solve their internet/phone issues...and i do it everyday.

@Arikana: I meant "talk to customers" ... not that it's boring...it's mundane...routinal... D: and I get yelled at. Thing is, I don't get the chance to yell back. I am getting blamed for things I didn't do xD;;
I only get to say, "Ma'am/Sir, I am trying to help you out as part of my job, yelling is not necessary."
