She tilted her head to the side and pondered the word. "I know a couple of my professors have mentioned the word before. They've said in ancient cultures the word 'persona' often came up referring to times when a shaman or witch doctor would go into a trance for healing, curses, or to invoke the elements. Why do you ask? It seems strange to mention something like that in this day and age," she said, pausing briefly to finish her drink. "Do you think that it has something to do with our little ghost story?"

"It could and couldn't really, cause well when I live in Japan there was incedante that I said had happened and not many people knew about it, but had something to do with Persona's. . . ." he said as he looked around. "From what I read here people who where able to live said they saw some kind of being with it so it could be part of it but I am not so sure so we need to dig around as much as we can." he said.

"Wow, that's trippy. All I've ever read was the police reports, and they didn't mention anything about that," she said as her mind buzzed with thought. "So was that incident in Japan you mentioned similar to what happened here?" she asked curiously. She absently went to take another sip of her drink, but frowned when she realized she had finished it already.

He looked at her let out soft sigh. "If I tell you, we have to go some where more quiet so I can explain it better to you. . . .and maybe I can explain my self a little more." he said to ger.

"Umm, sure. There's a game shop not too far from here that's usually pretty quiet. Would that be alright?" she asked, a bit apprehensive at the guy's strange change in attitude.

He nodded some walked out the cafe' with the books and bag to follow her. Minato though some on how to explain everything he hoped she would not think him crazy, the reason he was sent to the this small town was to find the monster that was doing all of this to this town like the shadows had done back home.

As predicted, the game shop had only a couple customers in it, and the store was rather quiet. The sales clerks were talking to the other customers about different games, and nobody paid any attention to the two of them as Raenah led Minato to a deserted corner of the store like she was showing him a game. "Alright, I don't think we'll be bothered here unless we start looking lost, so go ahead with whatever you need to say," she said quietly.

"Back in Japan, a man wanted to use the power of shadows to manipulate time, but that had back fired where he made the Dark Hour come and shadows would hunt people weak of mind and bring forth a coming of a monster that would end the world. The school I had gone to was made of special group of people who could use persona's to fight in battle against the Shadows, I was one of them. . .I was only asking cause everything that is happening here sounds like it related to what may happen back in Japan just not with the Dark Hour or Shadows." he said to her.

Her brows knit together as she tried to process the information. "Wait... Dark Hour? Shadows? Personas? You're going to have to explain better than that, especially about that doomsday bit you mentioned," she said. At this point, her interest was piqued, but she wasn't getting a clear understanding of his story. She felt like there were a lot of missing details, and that his story wouldn't make sense until she heard them.

"What it is the shadows make one large one the follow the path of Taro or in other words the Arcana they are all from from 0 to 14 starting with the fool. The only reason I know of this is cause I has the abilty to be awake during the dark hour where the Shadows roamed but to a normal person they would transmogrify into a coffin. I never knew why but they just did. Knowing I could use persona's was when I met a man by the name of Igor he helped me understand that I wish I could take you to him to be able to see what I mean. . . " he said trying to make it more easy for her to understand,

She tried to make sense of what Minato was saying and said, "So... basically, you fought monsters... called Shadows... in this thing called the Dark Hour... using what you're calling a Persona... that was... given to you by that Igor guy? And there were different kinds of monsters that came together to make one bigger one? Is that about right? But wait, what was that about coffins? And what about the end of the world?" Things were starting to make sense, but it was all still seeming rather like fantasy than reality.

"During the dark hour if you didn't have the ability to summon a persona you would turn into a coffin. It was never really explained to me, but what it is the shadows bring forth a being called Nyx that would blanket the world in death cause humans them selves have lost the will to live so she would come and end it. Yes everything I told you is about the gist of it and what had happened in Japan. . . ." he said, in away he felt like he was moron but he needed her to understand what may happen if they keep digging for clues, on this mystery that is happening now.

"Wow, that's... kinda creepy if you think about it. So you had to fight the mother of all Shadows?" she asked before pausing to think for a moment. "Well, I'll buy that. It's still a bit of a shaky story, but you don't strike me as the sort to lie about something like that. There's just something about you... I can't put my finger on it, but it's a good thing," she said with a smile. "Alright, we'd better buy something now so they don't get mad... hey, the new Pyro Jack puzzle game is out!"

He let out small sigh of relief it was hard to explain with out the aid of being able to show someone what could be done. Once she said something about a game the name it grabbed him quickly, "Pyro Jack? It's a game?" he asked her, looking confusingly at the game she was pointing to him.

She pulled the game off the shelf. "Yeah, it's a children's puzzle game adapted from an old arcade game. You see, Pyro Jack is looking for his brother, Jack Frost, who's been taken captive by the evil Black Frost. You go through this big puzzle maze to find him. It's actually pretty fun and challenging, even for adults," she said as she handed him the case and looked through the other games on display. On the cover was a picture of Pyro Jack and the words 'Pyro Jack Puzzle Maze II' in bold print. At the bottom corner there was a blurb about winning a free Jack Frost Doll and a picture of Jack Frost's head.

"I had used them all once at one point or another, Jack and Pyro would play tricks on people once they are together. . ." he said he couldn't grasp the idea of them both being game along with Black Frost. He looked over the game and smiled some it was so strange to see them there and not before him like that. "So odd."
