Well, I had a super shitty night last night. My eyes were so swollen that I had no eyelids this morning and when you touched my eye area it was all swollen and puffy, it felt like squishing a marshmellow. My friend said I turned super asian overnight. I take a long shower to try and get them to not be swollen that bad and by the time I get out, my eyes are still fucked to all hell, it looked like I got hit in one eye now because the other one had eased up a little. I'm not even dry yet when my parents show up, there's no make-uping yourself new eyelids so I kinda have to deal with it.

So I kinda say hey and don't look them in the eye and get dressed. We were supposed to lock our rooms before they got here because they are a disaster. Instead the first thing my mom does while they wait for me is barge into my room and start commenting on it. (And I have a display above my bed that I put up there that has a handle of jager, a handle of jack, a huge wine battle, a champagne bottle, 3 different smaller whiskey bottles and empty beer bottles). I get out, start doing make up and my eye asks me what's wrong with my eyes, i told her allergies and she says she's taking me to the pharmacy later.

So I'm standing in the living room area getting ready to go when both of my parents start ragging on how fat I am (they're on a diet and lost a ton of weight) and my mom brought me "new" clothes for me to try and starts handing to me saying how cute they are but adding every time "but you can't fit into them right now. Once you start dieting you will tho', and you'll look good."

So we leave and the entire time there they're asking me about classes and school and start telling me how fat I am over dinner while we're eating a chili's. They start telling me that they want me to start living at home again and switch schools 'cause of money issues. Etc. etc. more awkward topics and I apparently let the cat out of the bag on my sisters two new tattoo's. My mom knew but wouldn't tell my dad. So he was a little miffed at that and I feel soooooooooo baaaaaaaaaaaaad. More commenting about my weight and how my pants sag. They take me to a pharmacy and my mother gets me a shit ton of vitamin things (amongst other good stuff) and it was just.... so painfully awkward. And my eyes still haven't un-swollen.

That...kinda really sucks. Unfortunately I'm reserving my pity for my rather undeserving and selfish...self, because I decided to put serious homework off until tonight.

I remember your parents being asshats [no offense] but you don't openly say crap like that about your kid to their face. Your body is your own, and hey, my opinion is you look DAMN good. I know I'm going to sound like a complete hypocrite here, but, WEIGHT DOES NOT DEFINE A PERSON. At all, what so ever. GOOD FOR THEM! THEY LOST WEIGHT! Doesn't mean they need to be pushing it at you, and shoving it down your throat.

I work out more than anyone I know in the world. But I don't push it on my sister, who, is thirteen years old, and weighs 195 pounds. I'll ask her if she wants to work out with me, or if she wants a salad for dinner. Sometimes I'll make a sly comment here and there when I see her over doing things [eating a whole family sized bag of potato chips, in two different servings IN ONE DAY? Uh, yeah.] But other than that, my lifestyle is my lifestyle. End of story, period.

Your parents need to realize that you are not...them. Seriously, your life isn't theirs to be changed around without lots of prior notice, and they can't just do whatever...

Ehehe. Sagging pants. That reminds me, I need to get pants that actually fit me. They're such a poor fit right now that I could be pantsed in the middle of the quad in a blink of the eye.

edit: Yeah, they have a tendency of falling off of me sometimes when I'm walking up stairs with heavy things and can't keep a hold on them. And they're obsessing about it more than usual (they've always told me I was fat and made fat jokes at me, my dad once told me to put food back on the tray that i'd put on my plate because fat people don't need that much food. It's an itty bitty less than palm size piece of fuckin' meat. =/ ) But they've been fat as hell for ages. Shit they used to eat fast food every day 'cause mom's too lazy to cook and dad rarely does either and when he does he bathes it in grease.

Batty; -loves- Yeah, went from shitty night, to shitty wake up, to shitty day, and now things are kinda all right. I'm just listening to music and enjoying a glass of whiskey. I wish my eyes would unwrinkle tho'.

And none taken. They've always kinda, I dunno. We've never quite seen eye to eye. It's gotten a bit better since I moved out. We talk a little more nowadays and I try more actively not to avoid them but then they do shit like this and wonder why I don't like visiting and stay upstairs in my room at home when I do visit.

Like, I'm not, I don't think I'm fat. Yeah I've gained a little pudge but that's because when I was at MY happy weight and size my mom told me that she told me I'd lost too much weight and if I was healthy and that I wasn't allowed to loose anymore weight and should gain some. I mean I'm a size 7, that's not bad imho. =/ she gave me a pair of pants that were a size 3 to fit into.
