I was visiting a friend of mine in Virginia for a month a few years back, and her grandmother was SO psycho, the only thing we were allowed to eat were hotdogs.

For a month. And we'd get in HEAPS of trouble if we ate out.
Or touched anything else in the fridge.

and I do not want to go to the doctor

You might have sprained your ankle. A friend of mine did a few days ago and he described it the same way you are.
