Well. Maybe not today. I'm in the damn hospital. Again. My doctor is going to come down and yell at me for not taking my meds. Ug.

Tsk! You're on high blood pressure meds and you're not taking them? I take mine regularly, mostly because I NEVER want to have a hbp headache again.

Well, that's the thing... I was fine for a long time and I feel fine. But today my blood pressure was take for my echo cardiogram and it was super high. It's parcially that and I'm also a little mad that I'm only 30 and I've had to deal with stuff usually thought of for 80 and 90 year olds.

*hugs* I felt that way when I ended up with a heart condition at 40. You just have to bear with it and go on.

I know. I have been. And I was doing better! I think it was the chinese food I had two days ago... it's back to no salt for me.

Salt substitute - taste worse then no salt in my humble opinion. I just use herbs and vegetables for flavor.
