Why not? Can you not play the game? Rubies/treasure can give you rations or water if you use them. (Of course I only assume it's a rations/water item ._.)

1st place: Lucid. I love the semi-chaotic look of it and the mix of blues. ... I likely won't wear it though as I don't have nearly enough items ^^;;
2nd place: Tiva. Love the dark blue/black (with some brighter blues) color scheme.
3rd place: Espy. Kaito cosplay?? Awesome job. =3
Honorable mention: Alpha, for knowing my weakness is blue/black XP
