I know how that is. Definitely sucks and takes some time to get over....that and lots of sleep and meds.

Oh, and I have good news! I am one step closer to enlisting in the National Guard!

Maybe. National Guard will keep in the same state I'm in at the moment since it is a State organization. I won't be joining active duty until after I graduate....and even then it will be interesting since the Officer selection process is a bit long and difficult.

Sorry Nikko. Just doing this for the experience and so that I don't have to worry about getting moved around so I can finish college. Earliest I will be Active Duty is about three and a half years from now.

Biggest limiter will be time and budget. Guard isn't a huge paycheck, just something to supplement. Also, will have to see what weekends they have me drilling and the two weeks I have to during the summer.
