"I'm human," she answered politely. Rachel had wandered in to her kitchen, she was filling her kettle up with water. "Curiosity is apart of my nature, though I didn't know that monsters were curios as well." she looked from at him and smiled. She went to her stove and turned it on, then placed the kettle gentle on it. "How old are you?" she asked as she waited for the water to boil.

"Hmm, it's been a long time since I've spoken to a human. Well aside from hunting, which doesn't count since I forget everything they say anyway." He frowned, trying to remember his true age. "Aah, three hundred and fifty-seven, give or take a few years. Unless you mean the age I appear. Then I'm twenty-five." He watched her as she prepared her tea, learning her habits.

"Then I assume that you have seen quite a bit of this world," she said as she placed a tear bag in to a mug. "Do you like tea?" she asked as she poured hot water in to a mug. Her body wandered to a small container of sugar, she scooped some out with a spoon and placed the spoon in the mug. She twirled it around, mixing the ingredients.

Rachel allowed the tea bag to rest in her mug before removing it, she then poured milk in to it and took a sip. "Sorry for asking such odd questions." her eyes wandered around her apartment. "I'll show you to your room shortly, the bed is firm but comfortable. I have clean sheets to put on and pillows for you."

"I've seen about as much of the world as I care to. The people in it were amusing at first, some of the landscape was even beautiful to me once. These things lose their charm after a while," Luca replied as his eyes followed her about the room. His mouth turned up at the sides as she asked him about tea. "Tea isn't exactly my beverage of choice," He murmured with quite amusement. He could drink the stuff, for appearances sake, but later he would have to vomit it up like everything else he consumed that wasn't blood.

When she mentioned his bedroom he stood and walked closer to her. He stopped far enough away that she wouldn't feel like he was trying to be intimidating. "We could always share your bed if you liked, dolce fiore." His eyes darkened seductively and his voice was smooth as honey. Perhaps he could seduce her and get her to take the necklace off.
