it looks even for me right now since I just spent them all. maybe my ratio will change more noticeably, or maybe it'll stick to the same pattern. I dunno.

Actually the sparkles are supposed to be everywhere but the light green fades into the background... so yeah the cape looks awesome without the pixie effect
