well i'm stuck at this. I find it almost impossible to put on weight. I lose weight through doing nothing and eating crap.

i dont think keiko realises she was hosed with acid, yeah but you wouldnt necessarily need to ducky seeing as youre having weight gain issues. it would just give you more muscle mass and fill you out a little, it's what they do with old people

Your muscle mass, however, you can build as suggested.

I have no motivation to exercise by myself.
