Its alot of money to move into, and we have to move. So my dad has a room that he can get out of xD

I understand, get everything in writing and make sure they sign two copies. One for them and one for you, that way you guys have a copy. I would also go into more detail about the prorated rent. Like if it gets done half way through the month what would happen so on and so forth.
