Doing good. Legs are a bit sore, but not too bad. Workout was just spending time on the recumbent bike at my school's gym in order to strengthen my knees.

It is all about moderation. That is why I went with a salad for lunch today. I haven't exactly been eating the best lately (school food=quantity over quality).

yeah i mean i eat good most of the time XD but sometimes i dont eat so well >> but i should probably stop eating for about a month and ill be happy i think. i could easily do that. ive gone a full year without eating at all or eating minimal.
