Ganon wasn't the bad guy. this dude called "Demise" is. and when you beat him he says his incarnation will come back and Link and Zelda will forever be attacked and such. (Demise's Incarnation = Ganon!) Link and Zelda stay on the 'Surface' while everyone else go back up to Skyloft.
