Back when I played TERA, I had a character named "Skaethrn" in-game. His name was actually spelled "Skæðrn". Law might remember the guy, actually.

Why would you want to? Every ticket has an equal chance no matter who's holding it.

But as stated you can only win once per account. So if you buy on one account and win then buy tickets on the mule account is that one also allowed to win if also pulled?

"If a winner wins on multiple days, a second winner will be drawn to make sure a different user wins every day!"

You can theoretically win an item every day, but that just means that another user will also win a prize that day as well. See my past post for an example. Mules, as Coda said, have just as much of a chance to win as anyone else, so it's perfectly fine to use them.
