i do food prep and utility... my managers like me doing utility bc i get all the dishes done 4 hours before we close, i sweep and mop and get everything done on time

Yeah, that was how it was with me. I rarely did any register work at any station at the food court because they realised quickly how quick and very good at food prep I was. I suck at register. I never could quickly take orders... Didn't help the registers were set up different at each freaking station.
So, I usually worked at the stations that had me interacting with the customers while I made their food to order. ^^ I do have good customer service skills though ^^ This past semester they had me at the wraps and sandwich place and I closed because they liked me working there, plus the union workers there liked having me work there because I actually did my job.

Lol that is cool. My mangers keep asking me if i want to work n the front but i turn them down sayibt i rather perfect a skill then move onto another first

When I had my interview for the food court, the managers found out that I had the experience I did in fast food working for a company that is actually local to where I went to school. So, they were excited with that. So, they puit me where they did. One manager kept wanting me in the taco station... Just because I worked in a fast food mexican-style place meant nothing :P

Ack, I guess it's hot out.

yeah, it dried out XD just really damn humid, i would not be against saying it was in the 80-90% myself though i may be over-pegging it, it made my hair wet and though it wasn't really hot it felt sweltering, i was damp by the time i made it home
