my other account is basically frozen.. all 400+ pounds.. all because the person that has signing rights to it has dementia and they won't reconigize I am of legal age to withdraw the money.. I have been fighting as well as my family to get that money out but nope.. it's still stuck..

I can have the runes any time after noon.. all depends on how hectic things are here.. but I'm usually on at some point during the day for college stuff..

As far as we have been told.. nope.. my name is on the account but she is the primary holder unless I get an attorney and power of rights or something like that.. we have been told so many things concerning it, through.. there is a way I can get the money but...
