the only thing he can stop paying for is all of our insurances and the cars(not mine, i bought it outright just in case of something like this), that is what he pays for, at this point the house is just coming from him working, there is no cost out for that we don't own the house it belongs to the company, he is dying of cancer and we all need vehicles, he has nothing he can cut

everything is paid until the end of next month and we have no collateral, the bank owns everything of value, they have been draining every thing for the past several months to keep the family afloat, this is why i say we are at the end because we honestly are out of options, this is all that is left there is no money and the bank won't give any more

she lives two hours outside of town which is a school a gas-station and a grocery

no they are settling it, until it is over though he has to keep paying and that is several more months

in 11 months though, if all continues as it is they can go to the supreme court for restitution though no idea how long it will take to see any of that

and because georgia sides with the mother, they see a mother who has two children and they see a piece of paper from the nineties saying she was to get childsupport and until then nadda, also, and this is my personal thought on the matter, they get part of a +100,000 dollar back-child support withdrawal for as long as she collects so why rush it?

XD basically she has been waiting for a restaurant side of a service station to open, finally I guess they told her she could come work on the store side. Oddly oh yeah the other thing, so yesterday she talked to the manager at another place she filled out her application. However it turns out the lady is going to jail because she stabbed her boyfriend to death.
