what is trisphee's policy on using their base for purposes other than avatars and avatar edits and is it alright to trace the base to make art to sell here on the site

I am unsure on how to even answer this to be honest. Since it is a creation of Fenfen my guess would be that you would need to inquire and contact her about this Choco

Sorry to inform you but the answer to this would be no. For profit or otherwise the Trisphee Bases are not to be used in any art or pixel art outside of site projects and contests.
