Default Oh So Hurtful~ Reclips & Sushi   #1
Alistair was bored.

Perhaps unamused would be a better word. Sitting there, he was disappointed with how quickly, and "humanly" his companion had taken to drinking the blood of his victim. In fact, how could he take enjoyment in such a meal? Particularly when it was limp, knocked out in his arms, and practically welcoming the bite of a creature of the night. It was quite opposite of his own methods which weren't always efficient (considering the majority of his picks often lost most of their blood before it ever reached his lips).

The tall vampire turned from the feeding scene, and glanced over at the open dumpster to his right to admire the mutilated body within it. The pale skin of the mortal contrasted harshly with the black bags it laid on, the auburn hair of the unrecognizable female clotted together from drying blood, with the scent of death rolling off the body. Her limbs were twisted at odd angles, and her clothes were nearly ripped completely off her body. Many of teeth had been knocked out, but the most prominent of her wounds was her throat. Threads of flesh hung open, with the girls vocal cords clearly ripped from her and dangling proudly. He had to stop her from screaming on way or the other, which wasn't quite as fun, but the thrashing of her body, and salty tears nearly made up for it. The breaking of her bones still rung in his ears. He had done this, and he was not ashamed. She was....

Beautiful.

"Alistair," The blonde man was pulled from his thoughts, turning to the other vampire, who was delicately wiping blood from his lips. "I am finished."

Deciding it best not to say anything, least it be to scoff, he regrettably reached over and closed the lid to the murder. Surely there was evidence tied to his act, but there was no worry on his half regarding his lawbreaking. Vampires had connections everywhere and the police force was no exception. Still, it would be interesting to watch the news reporting on such a "disturbing" act.

With blue eyes turning skyward to look at the moon, Alistair began to walk down the alleyway with the other vampire, Matthew, walking close behind. "You didn't let her live, did you?"

There was a moment of silence, and Alistair knew the answer. He spun around, disgusted with the other male. His white fangs shown brightly in the moonlight, with lips pulled back in a scowl. "Why?"

"Because..." Matthew was still fairly new to vampire life, and although it wasn't uncommon to leave the meals living, it annoyed Alistair. Sure, he had kept a few alive to play around with, but in the end, they always died. Some just had a longer life span than others. It all depended on how well they kept his attention. "She... She's too young." This answer stopped him in his tracks, and their eyes met.

"Alistair, don't!"

A sickening smile came over the smooth features of Alistair Cain, and with the ungodly speed given to his race, he was in front of the sleeping girl, looking down at her body slouching against the brick building.

With devilish grace he began to reach down, only to be interrupted with a sharp shove sideways. "Don't kill her!" The yell was entirely too loud, and Alistair growled, crouching and glaring up at Matthew.

They had to get out of there quickly, no thanks to Matt's big mouth. It would be complicated if humans became involved. Oh so complicated...

Now, Lillium was a party girl. She could drink any man under the table, and dance right afterward as if it had been nothing more than apple cider that she'd been drinking. Tonight had been no exception. She'd been drinking, quite a bit, and yet she still could only feel a slight buzz tingling in the back of her head. Surely not enough for her to finish the night on, but the venue of hers was dead weight. She'd move to another club where she could fine more interesting men, and probably better looking men.

The pale girl exited the booming club, flipping her straight, blonde hair with dark red and black highlights over her shoulders. It was fairly long, stretching to just beneath her breasts. She had a confidence in her step, despite her slightly buzzed manner. It was then that she passed an alleyway that harbored two very attractive looking men, one that looked rather satisfied with himself staring into a dumpster. As she shifted her gaze, she saw exactly what he had been staring at so proudly. A dead, mangled body. She covered her mouth, muffling the gag that the body and warranted and hid, barely peering around the corner to see if maybe she couldn't figure out more.

Lillium's blue eyes traced every inch of the man and the alleyway. Tonight, she was wearing a black, pleated miniskirt matched up with a purple corset. Lillium had an excellent body, as her outfit openly displayed. Her breasts, not too big and not too small, were pushed upwards and together by the aforementioned corset, and they melded into a slender waist and a flat toned abdomen. She had wide, voluptuous hips (the kind you could really sink your nails into) that fell into long, toned and well formed legs. She had on black, open toed stilettos, with a heel of a good four inches.

Now, their conversation had thrown her off. What, had the blonde Vampire just raped the other girl? Did she stumble upon a date rape gone wrong? No, as the conversation continued, and the man refereed to as 'Alastair' became frustrated, she saw fangs catching the light. Her blue eyes widened and she stood up straight, pressing her back to the wall and controlling uneasy breaths. What she had managed to stumble upon, was bad. And if she were found out: That would also be bad. Although, she couldn't help but admit that the thought of being caught by a murderous Vampire kind of... tickled her fancy?

It wasn't long before she heard one of them yell and then retreating footsteps, right in her direction. Her breath caught in her throat and she stood, petrified before finally being able to will herself to move as they rounded the corner.

She'd turned on her heel and started walking, swiftly, as if she had seen nothing. If she had seen something, she certainly didn't want to let on that she'd seen it. Perhaps she could just play it off as being a passer-by? She didn't dare look over her shoulder, as her pace picked up. She was nervous. "Oh, God... I bet they know. They know, they know, they fucking know..." she thought, almost in a panic. She fiddled with her hair a little more and found herself now fighting the urge to run. But, there was one urge that she was unable to fight anymore. She glanced behind her.

Great.

Fucking great.

Giving a look to Matthew, that so obviously portrayed,"See what you've done?", it wasn't surprisingly when Alistair tried to find any other witnesses by slowly going to a rusted fire escape and beginning to climb upwards. He checked in windows, making sure no residents had retreated in their rooms after hearing the commotion and continued till the last platform. From there he jumped, pulling himself easily onto the roof.

Down below, Matt still stood in the grimy alley, staring up at Alistair. In the cast of the moonlight, the golden hair of the vampire gave a soft glow, and his blue eyes radiated. If he didn't know any better, Matthew would say it was an angel on the building's edge. Still, he did know better. And he knew Alistiar was far from anything tied to heaven.

Maybe Matt was still too connected with his human side, or the worst vampire ever (perhaps both), but he feared Alistair. Too many times had he seen the male drag away bodies from his bedroom, dead or alive. Screams were commonplace in the hallways of their house, as well as smears of human blood drying on the walls. Matthew was pleased he had saved his meal's life, but now worry struck him as he thought of the human who had witnessed their conversation. What would become of her?

"There you are." Alistair spotted Lillium, a flurry of death sentences scrapping against his mind. No one else was on the street at this hour, and when she looked over her shoulder, he scoffed. She was making this too easy.

Releasing a smooth breath, he calmly stepped over the edge of the building. His white shirt lifted from the fall, surprisingly untouched by his earlier murder and fell back in place when his feet tapped the ground in landing. It had revealed strong muscles, adding the the undeniable fact that Alistair was very attractive.

That tidbit was more noticable when he dropped a few feet in front of her and smiled. His grin was charming, but something sinister swirled within his blue orbs. "Hi there." He nodded, lifting his head to get a better look at who was helping make tonight so difficult, "You look upset. Relax. I just came by to introduce myself. Is that so wrong?"

(Ugh. I wrote this up, and then Trisphee logged me out and I lost it. So this is like my third product. Shorter than the last two and a bit rushed. Sorry.))

Lillium didn't see them, and she relaxed. She turned her head only to be met with one of the most disturbing (and beautiful) sights of the night. She stumbled back a bit before catching her balance and stopping. Her heart was suddenly racing in her chest and her expression was far less upset, and far more fear. /I've come to introduce myself. Is that so wrong?/ She swallowed. /Yeah, right.../ She thought inwardly.

But, by God this was a heavenly man. If she hadn't been so scared shitless, she may have offered him a line. Now, Lillium had a bit of experience in running in heels. Maybe that was the best option. She looked behind her, as if searching for the other one, and then her green eyes rested on him. One could almost see the irises trembling. She felt the uncontrollable urge to scream, but she imagined that running would be the better option. Could she even outrun him? He'd gotten in front of her with seemingly no effort. /Make a decision, Lillium./ She huffed lightly before mumbling a bit. If she had a chance to get away: she wanted to explore it.

"Hmph, I guess I'm going to die tired..." she grumbled quietly before darting turning on said heels and running. Damn, these heels... Why did they have to be so thin? She kept moving until the faint *crack* of the heel giving in caused her to tumble to the ground and roll. In a fit, she threw off the ruined shoes and looked for him. Was he following? She couldn't tell, she must have been panicking. She left the broken shoes there, stumbling to her feet as quickly as she could manage and forcing herself to propel forward.

Lillium was very attractive indeed, and there was something about the presence of panic on those features that made it seem almost... tragic.

The bright eyes of Alistair were glowling like an animal's in the darkness, with an excitement tumbling within them. The body language of the vampire was that of a cat, graceful and disinterested in the settings around him, yet the sly grin on his face told otherwise.

"I like it when you run." His voice was barely audible, lost in the soft breeze of the night, and he took a step forward, inhaling deeply. "Fear is so delicious." Feet lightly walking forward, he could feel the churning thrill awakening within him when he watched her stumble and fuss with the footwear. Seeing her made a tense hope rise within him that perhaps she had hurt herself in the fall, but to no avail. It was not enough to stop her, and he frowned.

From an onlookers view, it may even appear to be a pout. But alas, the pinch of disappointment was small. Enough to overcome, and Alistair quickly reminded himself that the night was young, and it was never to late to make her scream with agony. Thoughts of an exposed windpipe, severed flesh, and tattred limbs lifted his spirits, and soon he was looking around for something to use as a weapon of sorts. When nothing immedient stuck out to him, he decided to just use bare hands, an immedient way to be sure to feel her arteries burst like ballons underneath his fingertips, and feel the vibrations and tremors rack through her struggling body.

How pleasurable. Mmmm.

Whether or not his obsession, or hobby of sorts, was normal was to no concern to him. Alistair had known since he was young that he got a piece of bliss from watching others suffer, even to the point of sexual satisfaction. It was a trait he took pride in, particularly when tied to his vampire state. With so many humans ready to be destroyed, he never had to worry about running out of people to entertain him, and if he mixed intercourse with his games... well, that was his business. Lets just say, it wasn't uncommon and it was something he enjoyed immensly.

After gathering his thoughts, he practically began skipping after Lillium, cracking his knuckles as he went. "You will not win, little girl." This was said firmly, while once again he used his inhuman speed to catch up with her, this time stopping a few feet behind her. "But feel free to try. Seeing your despair will satisfy me."

Lillium honestly couldn't remember the last time she had run so fast or hard in her life. Well, if anything were killing her buzz right now, it was having to run from a surprisingly (even for a Vampire) murderous man. Her bare feet pounded against the pavement, much like the blood pounding in her ears. Her hair whisked back by her momentum and her panicking eyes looking for anyone to help. But, to no avail. This late at night, there seemed to be no one about that could help this struggling beauty get away from her almost angelic tormentor.

She had lost all thought, until she heard the one sentence that gave her heart an extra boost of adrenaline, her legs far more energy, and her mind plenty of room to process what this thought, this sentence, may have meant. /But feel free to try. Seeing your despair will satisfy me./ Now, she hadn't heard the first part of that whole thought, but it wasn't going to take a rocket scientist for her to be able to put together exactly what he had meant. She'd seen the body, and thus was blissfully aware of what it was he could do to her.

Suddenly, she imagined it as her heart continued to pound in that terrible rhythm. She imagined the room dark, dank, cold. She imagined no sliver of light to offer hope, because that she also imagined was how he liked it. She imagined thrashing against him, trying to get away, but being no match for it. She saw that grin of his, a grin that could only remind her of the Chesire Cat, and then she felt those fingers, cold and determined, tearing through her flesh. The thoughts just made her shudder. It was terrifying... and yet... exciting. She imagined the same fear she felt now, coursing through her veins as the fangs tore into whatever flesh they could reach. The image in her mind was almost intimate. Whereas, inwardly, she feared that it would be what happened the image displayed an intimacy that could only be explored by lovers. Time to get that out of her head.

It was frightening her and getting her hopes up at the same time, but if this heavenly bastard had indeed captured her, as she was so desperately trying to avoid, then there would surely be no romance to be attained there.

Now, having been completely lost in her thoughts, she missed the curve ahead of her, the dip off of the sidewalk. As her foot came down, searching for land, but was only met with a rather large step, she tumbled downward onto the pavement again, landing directly on her arm and scuffing the flesh there, her head hitting the pavement shortly afterward. She felt dazed for a moment, and then, the honking of a car brought her to attention, causing her to thrust herself backwards to miss it.

At the speed at which Lillium had been running, considerable damage had been done to her arm. The flesh was torn open, small pieces of skin hanging here and there, from her shoulder to her elbow, causing a bright red blood to stream across the wounds and down her arm, and God did it hurt. She was hesitant to bend it, the wound was rather extravagant. And then she reached up and touched the side of her forehead. Up by her hairline, was blood. Not nearly as bad, perhaps it would scab, but the collision was enough to make her fuzzy, even dizzy.

She stood and stumbled back, coming into contact with a wall. Raising her hand to her head, she rubbed and shook it, trying to rid herself of the fuzziness, and then she remembered why she had hit her head. The Vampire! She stiffened, back straight against the wall as her head turned. Her hair clung to her face in strings, after all of the running she was surely sweating, and the sweat was mixing, rather cleanly, with the stream of blood from her minor head-wound. Now, had it not been so late at night, maybe the car would have stopped to check on her, but it was surely a hopeless thought. Her chest rose and fell with very heavy breaths, almost wheezes. She tried to find him, she knew he was there... he had to be. But her vision was still a tad blurry. Damn her clumsiness!

[[I hope you don't mind that I did that. It didn't make sense for her to have been running for so long with absolutely nothing going wrong. xDDD; I also didn't mean for it to be so long. D:]]

Matthew had to stop this. Sure, perhaps keeping her alive was dangerous, but no one deserved for Alistair to be their excecutioner. If anything, if they did let her go, who would believe her? The vampires infiltrated within the law and government would soon bring an end to her cries of help and unbelievable story. This was just proof that Alistair was a monster with no soul. He had perhaps forgotten the feeling of his own pounding heart, or the feeling of body heat, but Matthew had not. Therefore, he had helped get this girl into this mess, so he had to try to get her out.

Staying close to the shadows, he wasn't far behind Alistair, who was far too distracted with his latest toy. Trying not to watch the poor female run and stumble, when the sound of a car reached their ears, both vampire seemed to hesitate for a moment. Would they stop?

No.

Alistair watched the vehicle continue on it's way. How selfish. Was humanity really so self absorbed they would ignore a near collision? Would they turn their heads to a girl bleeding on the sidewalk? Of course. It was almost too easy to kill when everyone was so wrapped up in themselves.

He knew she must be exhausted, running and falling. Her strength could only last so long. But what about her will to live? "Oh dear. Look at the mess you've made." He walked slowly towards where she was sitting, following the trail of blood, and soaking in his enjoyment. Stopping infront of her, he bent down to look at her face. It was hidden under smears of red, and he reached out, trailing his index finger down her cheek so that it was covered in the same liquid. Pulling away and bringing it to his lips, he licked her blood off of his fingers and savored the flavor. It was sweet, with a hint of salt from her sweat. "Now, what was I saying before you ran?" He tapped his chin thoughtfully, using his other hand to brush away strands hair from her face, "Introductions. That's it." He smiled so sincerely, it was hard to believe he was so dangerous. "I am Alistair Cain."

A familiar voice piped up from the shadows, "Never trust a man with two first names."

"Matthew, go home." His patience with the other male was beginning to wear thin.

"Don't kill her." This request was leaving his mouth a lot tonight. He had to appeal to Alistair before he was brushed off again. "Not yet." There was a slight pause as he waited to see if Alistair would comment, but he did nothing except continue to observe Lillium. Matthew knew he was listening. "She could be taken home. You could play with her there. Why break a new toy so soon after you get it? Just think... You wouldn't have to muffle her screams then."

He was buying time, and Alistair wasn't an idiot. He knew what Matt was doing. "Touche." As he contemplated the thought, he couldn't deny the facts. With a little time, she could heal up, and he could hurt her all over again. She could also be a feeder if he wished. Eh. Why the hell not? He moved forward, his torso briefly hovering over hers as he snaked his hand around her back and under her legs. He prepared to lift her in his arms, assuming she was too tired to walk herself. Besides, it would be quicker this way.

"Come along, little one. How would you like to come home with me?" Alistair winked at the girl, signaling her ending would be put on hold, and stood with ease. Matthew silently sighed with relief during this, his mind trying to figure out just how much time he had before her death. Would he be able to help her, or had he prolonged her suffering?

Both vampire began walking down the street, cutting through alley ways, and the walk was fairly silent, except for Lillium's breathing. "So. What shall I call you, little one? Do you have a name or should I continue to give you pet names?"

((Hope you don't mind I had Alistiar pick her up. I'll rewrite if you want. A time skip can also happen if you want. Just let me know.))

Lillium heard him speaking to her, although the face before her was hardly more than a blob. She swallowed, as best she could, and exhaled blinking quite a few times, trying to clear out the blurriness of her vision. Her eyes, dazed, followed him befoer his words were clear. '...am Alistair Cain.' Her chest heaved, listening to him, as if that were going to do her any good. Her eyes rolled for a minute. She leaned her head back against the wall. This was not a good position for her triyng to be fighting off anything in. and then the voice of the other man reached her ears.

"Unh...?" She groaned, trying to focus on the features of the other man, but nothing came to her. Alistair was far to close for her to be able to focus on something else, and as they bickered back and forth, like siblings, she felt darkness creeping into her peripheal vision. She whimpered and attempted moving. She had heard the word 'kill', and suddenly, everything became far more uneasy.

And then she felt his arms lifting her. She would have struggled, had she had the strength. Instead, her head nestled into the crook of his neck as he spoke to her, offering her a wink. She didn't want to go home with him, she didn't. But how could she tell him that? Was it even going to be an option? Die now, or die later. A name, she had a name. She parted her lips, but only a groan escaped her lips. She supposed his little petnames would have to do. She swallowed before finally letting her eyes close. She was too fuzzy right now to try thinking of a way out.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

When she woke, she kept her eyes closed, rolling her head to the side and then back the other way. She had expierienced the strangest dream. Nightmare, actually. However, one small twinge of pain gave her reason to believe that perhaps it wasn't a dream at all.

She groaned, loudly, into the air around her, shifting to move.

((It's perfectly fine~ In the condition she was in, logically, she wouldn't have been able to physically disagree. Sorry this is kind of short))

((Well, you never know. And no worries about the length! Oh, would have replied earlier but had research papers I had to handle first.))

The room was rather cold, as if life and the heat tied with it was drained from the very walls. Every item appeared untouched, placed in very specific areas around the room. Laying in the corner was a pallet of black garbage bags, contrasting harshly with the virgin snow carpet. Lillium was laid upon it, still dressed in her previous attire caked with dried blood. The bodily fluid almost blended in with the walls, which were a rich crimson, as were the curtains (although there were no windows, they hung from corner to corner for decoration) and various other details of the room. If it wasn't red, it was then white, or black, complimented with candles flickering faintly from the walls. There was warm, romantic feel about the room despite its icy temperature. Directly in the center of the room was a large, king sized canopy bed, dressed in a white silk bed spread, with red trim and pillows.

Alistair was sleeping, sprawled upon the mattress, his features at complete ease. The sun was up, and so he was resting, waiting until the blanket of night laid upon the Earth once more. Until then he would rest as long as he was able to, yet he knew he would be woken up soon. He assumed the human would wake from her unconciousness and he was unwilling to leave her somewhere Matthew would be able to care, or free her if given the chance. He would handle his own toy, and break it if he pleased, so with the doors locked and no windows for the girl to escape, Alistair was sure he would wake when she started moving.

Which was exactly what happened.

Just like he had anticipated, Lillium began to stir, groaning and trying to move. The bags crinkled under her shifting weight and the eyelids of the vampire shot open in response. He took no action, mearly listening to hear if she would roll over and close her eyes, or if she was up for good. Waiting for a few minutes, curiousity would no longer allow him to wait and he sat up to get a visual.

'She was much prettier when the blood was fresh,' Alistiar mused silently, mentally shrugging, but finding her appealing none the less. He wondered what she looked like fresh, and so he gracefully slid off the bed. Without the evidence of his prescence stuck to her skin, would she be more desirable had he not hurt her? Simply with the possibility of being stained, would that appeal to him?

"Bath." He whispered, turning abruptly and heading towards a door to the right of the room. Opening it, there was a large, luxurious bathroom, with a tub big enough to fit a party. The sound of rushing water echoed inside the room, and Alistair went back to the doorway and saw that she was still concious.

"Can you walk?" He lifted a single eyebrow in question, crossing his arms with a smirk. "Or shall I carry you again?" He reached out with one arm, signaling for her to come to him. If she refused, he would just go get her like before. There was little room for compromise.

When Lillium moved, she felt rustling and heart crinkling beneath her. She groaned, arching her back and shuffling more. She felt awful. Her head was pounding and her body was doing the same, although the cool material of what she was lying on had helped a bit. It would probably have helped her more had it not been sticking to her skin as she made any kind of move. The pale form had stilled almost exactly when he had looked at her.

She shuffled more now, fingers curling around the bags beneath her. She finally pried open the blue eyes and glanced around. When she turned her attention towards him, she stiffened. She forced her way further into the bags, as if they were going to shield her from this monster towering before her. But soon, he made a rather abrupt turn and seemingly left her to her thoughts. That she could have lived with, as currently, Lillium had several thoughts billowing through her mind. What did he have planned for her? Where was she? And quite possibly her biggest and most important question of all: how did she get the Hell out of here? She didn't want to end up like the other woman, mangled against trash bags. Eyes clouded, hair matted with blood. No, she didn't want to be like that.

And then he re-entered the room. She forced herself into a sitting position. She wasn't sure if she could walk or not, honestly, she hadn't tried. Compliance was not something that she was looking forward to, but perhaps in the long run it would be easier on her? Yes, that was certain. Well, she assumed so. That's how it was in the movies, anyway. However, she wasn't aware of how bad movie references to actual life experiences could be.

She stood, pressing her hand to a near-by wall, making sure that her legs were working properly before looking at his extended arm. she swallowed, almost scared of the limb, until he began advancing towards her. She, rather quickly, moved from the wall and towards him, reaching out to touch the arm he had left outstretched. She recoiled. He was cold! Well, what did one expect? He was a Vampire, weren't they all cold?

With a small shudder, she moved herself, nearly stumbling into his grasp. She didn't want him carrying her again, that she knew. As he guided her into the bathroom, she looked around the massive room and bathtub in complete awe. She turned her head and looked back at him. He wanted her to bathe? That would have been a blessing in disguise. The dried blood was beginning to itch. She swallowed and stepped forward before looking back at him. Was he going to leave the room? She really wanted him to leave the room.

Alistair's mind was elsewhere as he helped her to the room. Her apprehension made him inwardly smirk, but nothing more. The vampire's excitement from the night before had worn off and a fatigued sadist was left in it's place. Still, he felt she knew she was not on any kind of vacation, and that she was in a very dangerous position, even if he wasn't in the mood for his games.

"Clean up. I'll be waiting when you're done. There are towels in the closet. Leave the door open." With that, the male retreated, figuring she would be a while. Didn't all females take forever in the bath? Looking back at his bed he went to it, and laid down, caring less that a naked female was just a wall away.

He waited patiently for the sound of water to start in the next room, laying with his arm over his eyes. His thoughts swirled this way and that, the state of dreams caressing the edge of his consciousness. Before slumber claimed him, the annoyance of his new guest began to sink in. Peeking out, he saw her makeshift pallet on the ground. It was nothing more than the pile of trash bags to prevent the blood from getting on the floor. Now that it was dry, he didn't want that to just sit there.

With a sigh, he pushed himself up, sitting on the brim of the mattress. He ran his fingers through his blonde hair, and pushed himself off. Walking to the corner, he scooped up the mess and folded it into a small ball, then threw it away in the nearby trash bin.

"This is the last time." Alistair muttered these words, referring to cleaning up after the girl, musing how keeping her would probably be more troublesome than a dog.

Nevertheless, after that was taken care off, it seemed as though sleep would be a ways away as long as she was awake. Might as well take advantage of being awake.

"Are you in the tub?" Alistair knocked on the bathrooms door frame, not looking inside, but still wishing to know.
