Yeah, he's an NPC here. Like Kaguya stated, he has his own clothes which you may wear. He also owns the Threads shop, which you can find under the 'Shops' tab at the top of every page. :3

Aw, okay. But if you need any help, feel free to ask for it. We're all nice here and love to help those who need it. :)


EDIT: Virgil's clothes aren't in the shops. It was released as an event bundle, which you would have to purchase from another user. :3
