Oh, my...
Hello there, to whomever became so curious as to wander into my humble thread.

My name is Rose, and I'm an amateur writer, and hopeless-romantic extraordinaire. I dabble in the riddling arts, and I pick at role-playing. Sometimes I write a petty sonnet, before afternoon tea, and sometimes I can get a pretty good haiku when I'm half asleep. But none of it is too grand, obviously, because I'm not published.

However, I know my work, I have proof of my work, and if any of it should honestly be deemed 'good enough to steal'... Don't. I implore you, it's simply not worth the trouble you'd get from I, and my fellows.

But, back to the point- I will be posting it here... Poetry, Lyrics, Journal entries, maybe a Riddle, here and there... And a few - very, Very few - select roleplay posts of mine that I actually enjoyed reading as well as writing.

If you have read all of this, and have found you'd rather go look at another thread, I commend you for making it through these ramblings so far. If you stay, and check it out... I thank you for the chance. Hopefully, it will have not been a waste of your time by the end.

Lettre à Dieu

Mon Dieu, si tu existes .. il n'y a pas besoin de se tracasser. Parce que de tous les péchés que je suis faite, je n'ai aucun regret. Alors Angels; ne pleure pas .. et les fées, ne pas pleurer .. Parce que les taches sur cette âme, sont la mine de ne conserver.

Je suis désolé si j'ai cassé votre cœur, et mes excuses si vous voyez ces crimes que .. Mais pardonnez-moi de remarquer, Ô Seigneur, que c'est tout simplement pas la peine de votre temps. Je ne peux pas mentir ou en prie, et je n'ai jamais eu de fib bon .. Et pardon pour ces actions, n'est pas ce que je vous demande de donner.

Je ne vais pas chercher le salut, et que ces charges aux puces .. Mon Dieu, tu ne vois pas? Ils sont ce qui me marque, moi. Ces chaînes autour de mes chevilles, et des chaînes autour de mon âme, bien qu'ils soient quelque chose de terrible - je ne pourrais jamais leur demander d'aller-.

Maintenant, avant de débattre avec moi au cours de cette lettre que je vous écrire, d'écouter ma raison? Il avait seulement être poli. Vous avez donné le ciel pour les oiseaux, et a nié les branchies. Vous avez donné la mer pour le poisson, et j'ai oublié de leur cri de sensations fortes - de vol, et d'émerveillement, et l'air, sans le mièvre mer alors ne venez pas à moi avec votre plaidoyer innocente.

Je suis une fleur; Une rose, en aucun autre nom. Tu m'as donné mon épines, et je prends ma demande. Tu m'as fait du péché, et de vivre une vie mortelle, vous ne comptez pas sur moi de vous abandonner, de prendre mes propres luttes. Je suis bien vivre, et de savourer mon jardin. Ainsi Dieu, pour ne pas pleurer, et, je vous demande pardon, que mon eter faux.

Dear God, if you exist.. there's no need to fret. Because of all the sins I'm made, I have no regrets. So Angels; don't cry.. and Fairies; don't weep.. Because the stains on this soul, are only Mine to keep.

I'm sorry if I've broken your heart, and my apologies if you see these as crimes.. But forgive me for pointing out, Oh Lord, than it's simply not worth your time. I cannot lie or beg, and I've never had a proper fib.. And forgiveness for these actions, is not what I'm asking you to give.

I will not seek salvation, and that these burdens flea.. Dear God, can't you see? They're what make me, me. These chains around my ankles, and shackles around my soul, though they be a terrible something - I could ever ask them to go-.

Now, before you debate with me over this letter I now write, listen to my reason? It'd only be polite. You gave the sky to birds, and denied them gills. You gave the sea to the fish, and forgot their cry for thrills - of flight, and wonder, and air, without the soppy sea- so do not come to me with your innocent little plea.

I am a flower; A Rose, by no other name. You gave me my thorns, and I'm taking my claim. You made me to sin, and to live a mortal life; you didn't count on me abandoning you, to take up my own strife. I am living well, and relishing my garden. So God, do not cry, and -I beg your pardon- let my false eternity die.

Priceless...

In the moment of solitude, I beseech
I implore you to call me again.
Release me from my own embrace,
Struggling between now, and then.
Have I lost that image of myself?
I can't see her face anymore..
It's all clouded in my mind, dear,
Please, bide me no more.
I've lost my virtue, and all of my whiles,
I tossed them to the ground.
When I gave my body to their whims,
In search for love, profound.
I and they, we filled a hole,
with the lust that left us wanting.
But our death grew quickly near,
For it was naught but daunting.
Empty shells, entwined for shame,
And for a lack of better term,
It was all a game, blasphemous!
And it will be the last of us.
I envy the virgin, because she waits,
For a love I have no faith in..
I had itonce, but it was lost,
And in this lonely eternity,
I sold at the cheapest cost.
