As I've mentioned in other places, you can generally find the answers to your questions by looking around the site. Most answers can be found in the FAQ or in recent announcements in The Trisphee Times, or in other threads here in Helping Hand.

Also, I encourage you to make your thread titles more descriptive so that people can know what the thread is about before they click the link. So if someone else has the same question as you, they can find the answer just by looking at the existing threads in the section.
