Hello all who can help.
I havent been on in awhile.
D;
And im slightly confused on what these rations are for.
So, what are they for?

It's part of a new event, sweetie. It's all up there in the announcements.

Right now, there is a mini-event going on. The point of it is that there is a drought on Deivai (one of the planets of Trisphee) and you must gather both rations (food) and water. Probably within the next few days, a bigger event will start where you can spend the rations and water as currency to buy event items.
