Arbiters are the ones who judge the souls of the dead and find out if they either get reincarnated or sent to the void. This story specifically follows an arbiter who is given an assistant because of an odd circumstance. (my basic description)

the "official" description is as such "There is a place after death that’s neither heaven nor hell—a bar that serves you one chance to win. You cannot leave until the game is over, and when it is your life may be, too."

Not very action-y fight wise at all. maybe 2 scenes at most?

Yeah there is like some random blood from the mouth type scenes? but other then that it actually has almost no actual blood XD

I don't mind blood, its just gore. x'D Like I can watch Hellsing Ultimate Ova just fine, but things like Resident Evil games bother me. x'D

It seems Anime of the Year goes to Yuri On Ice!

But, because non-CR users also voted for it (people on tumblr asked their friends and followers to vote for it, seen it or not,) it seems to have sparked lots of debate over on CR >->

I think, next time they should have CR account users enter their user name or something before voting. Keep tumblr and other social media from asking non users who probably don't even watch anime to vote.

I know a lot of people wouldn't make an account on something just to vote for a show they've never seen. (Some would but not many) there for that would cut down on the 'cheating' votes.
