The gothic novel is a genre ripe with archtypes. Be it the overflow of the sublime landscape, the affluence and domination of the male figures or, the lack of backbone the females of the time appeared to have. Time and time again, when reading any book in this genre, you will be inundated with a flood of feminine helplessness.

that's what I have so far for one of my papers. But it's not due til next friday. It needs to be 4-5 pages..lol.

I think I have a good start on it, but I need a good start on the other one thats actually due sooner.
