That's the one. I forget most of it since it's been quite a few years and I never saw the movie, but I think that's the only one for me.

We're all mad here.
That would be Terabithia, I'm pretty sure. Read the book in Elementary school, hence I did *not* see the movie. My cousin's went to go see it though and were in tears for sometime after wards. My aunt is now determined to screen all movies before taking her nieces to see them. She didn't think it would be all that bad.

Thinking about the book now, I migtht actually read it again.

We have an old copy of Where the Red Fern Grows which is supposed to be a wonderful book but also increadibly sad. Why do the supposedly good children's books need to be emotional downers? I think Big Red ended on a crummy note too.

Trisphee's Mad Hatter
Racing in the rain. It's from a dogs viewpoint.

I'm really into pets and it was just very sad.

@Quiet: I only saw the movie myself and got so choked up about that part <.<;;

As childish as it is, Christopher Pike's The Last Vampire series had me in tears at numerous points throughout the 6-book series >.>

Although, I generally cry at the end of books and movies (or at least get choked up) because it's like saying goodbye to the characters and adventures v.v;; <-- Grew up on the neverending story >.>;;

I cry at books all the time. The worst was probably the second Dragon Age novel, which sounds dumb but oh my GOD was it sad.

Seriously I was crying so hard I had to put the book down because I couldn't see the page any more XD Only time that's ever happened.

You should read "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery... not because I think it'll make you cry but because I think it explains why someone would.

(...it made ME cry, though.)

I would put the rest of that post in a spoiler there, Nex, seeing as there are still people in the world that haven't read the rest of the Harry Potter series. -.-

Twilight made me cry from how much it sucked.

One book that made me cry was Bridge to Terebithia.
Someone on here reminded me of it.
I havent read it in a really long time though~

If you haven't cried over a book, you aren't reading it right.

I've bawled my eyes out over The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
When Aslan was killed on the stone table.

And also over Harry Potter.
When Dumbledore, Snape, Fred, and Hedwig died.

Dragon Storm
I cried over a very short book. Not because it was sad, but because it was so...hopeful.
The Alchemist
(As a note, don't really let myself cry much...ever)

Okay, seriously people, if you're going to get into the specifics about books, please put them in spoilers blocks? Or put a warning that you are going to reveal plot stuff in your post? I could have done without knowing a couple things here. -.-

On that note, how do you do the spoiler block?
