For me, if I feel like utter poo, I have a big mug of hot black tea. I have it with a little vanilla soy milk and 4 spoons of sugar. Reaaaally sweet and tasty. When I'm really bad Tai makes it with honey to sweeten.
I also suggest that if you have a blocked nose or sinuses, make black tea without the milk, then add honey, lemon, ginger (ground or fresh) and some tea-tree. Mix and inhale the vapours. Makes for the nice.

For women out there, I heard raspberry leaf tea helps with period cramps, drink it every day a week before you are supposed to get your period and It's supposed to help. I have tried this some times it helps some times it doesn't.
I also heard dill seeds made into a tea is supposed to help with that as well this one i have not tested.

Always make a note that they taste really bad though.
I use aloe on my hands a lot, but often I forget it's on there, and I've licked my hand or something silly. It's an awful taste, and for some it makes them sick~ "Everyone else is either asleep or having sex. I've been watching cable television and eating jello."

for toothache: place one drop of clove essential oil on a cotton swab, dip the cotton ball in water and rub on aching tooth and gum area.
for dry throat: get a CLEAN rag, wet with hot water, place over mouth and inhale. repeat as needed. DO NOT fold or bunch rag. for sore throat: make an infusion with sage or thyme leaves and gargle warm as needed. gargling with a simple solution of half teaspoon of salt and a cup of warm water can also be helpful. for mouthsores/coldsores: make an infusion of thyme, sage, or marigold flowers, add a fouth cup of cider vinger. use as mouthwash three times a day. for mild burns and sunburns: mix a little baking soda with water to make a think paste and apply to burn. DO NOT apply to broken skin. for menstral cramps: ginger tea (also works with mouring sickness) and peppermint tea.
