given the number of users that seemed to miss the neck (myself included), toho gun put it out another day, just in case there was an error we didn't notice at the time

*pipes in* just adding that i have 11 out of the 12 lights...missing the neck too.

i hadn't seen the light displays. they are so pretty ^___^

yeah, i suspect that something went wrong with neck day and no one caught it.
