Have been helping my brain immensely by slowly decluttering stuff. Especially stuff that hasn't been moved/touched in....probably several years...have tackled my desk and a junk box that hadn't been gone through in absolute ages.

Gotta work on paring down everything and going more minimalist like I've wanted to for a while.

Woo, thanks to a local friend wanting to buy, I got to troubleshoot an issue with payments in my etsy shop! (I...forgot to push a button basically.)
And now I've made my first sale! Woo! Gonna deliver it in person tomorrow...because we work together. But then mail their receipt. (Decided this is the best way to handle local orders as it will keep Etsy from removing star seller status...if I can achieve it.)
Also made up some cute little craft timesheets so I can track my project times better...but I left them at work, so I can't test them out tonight like I was hoping.

i'm almost done with my NaNo for this year! I'm at 47,720 words, and just need at least 2280 more to write!
and this is a weird year for me - i finished the story before i got to the word count! so now I'm going back through and fleshing things out, adding qualifiers and clarifiers. which is helpful because I know how things end, so i can add more bits and pieces. :)

that's probably bc we haven't had an event for a while. that, and despite how much i advertise, younger people don't seem to be too into avi sites.

stinky little criminal cat has been apprehended and is being returned to his carer. turns out the original owner left the town, and he's run away twice before. this time is probably the third.

he's in good hands, thankfully. :]

also he's old enough to have dementia, hence why he managed to get lost.

ah, he reminded me a lot of smokey. i should be able to see whiskey tonight, he's probably going to be either very curious or very mad about the scent.
