This hair specifically I was trying to get 80's ish/ joan jett-esque hair. The layers are as follows:
-Blonde Punk Rocker Hair
-Blonde Coy Hair
-Blonde Pigtails

Also layered UNDER the coat to appear as if thrown behind the shoulders and not on them.

i'm wondering if i should list specific styles like that and the other one in here somewhere, or if i should take general tips/really obscure things like your note of hair under clothes for a different look.

Well layering is really important to get the look the right. .Look. .yeah.

I mean you could always just do it all. It's not like your busy and have other things on this site to do at any given moment.
