i don't have the spell slots to visit him today. i have Physical Therapy twice a week, and it always leaves me drained. Mom's all "Just take a nap, you'll be fine!" It doesn't work that way, Mom.

We took her to visit Dad at the nursing home. She spent most of the hour we were there hiding in the cat carrier. Dad doesn't leave his room, not even for meals, which, I can understand, but at the same time, keeping himself isolated for no reason is part of why he's depressed.

Nice. I can't see well enough to crochet right now. But I got another box packed, and more things put on the purge pile, yesterday.

decided to take a crochet project that's been in the Naughty Pile for at least a few months out of said pile and rip back to just before I started missing stitches, will be working on that today.

😆 I miss being able to crochet.

I love some of them. Especially that lady's, and the medieval covers by Starry Olsa (might have gotten their name wrong).

so the pattern says to work until there's 72 rows of single crochet... I got to the halfway point, checked the fit, and trying to determine if I need 4 to 8 additional rows so it'll fit over my butt. it fits side to side around the front at the 36 row mark, but I've got a badonkadonk butt.
