@Den I wouldn't feel good reading it just because of the topic, but it being technical can a) make it more bearable to read and yet b) make it boring if the writer's skill and focus isn't on making it interesting to read. So far does it seem like it's going to be useful to you though?

@Worm I love webcomics, but the few I'm hung up on are premium ones on Lezhin. That service is soooo expensive I'm mostly reading manga nowadays. Also I usually only start a webcomic or manga if it's completed, and most webcomics I know are ongoing haha.

I'm the same way though with comics or manga. Its been so long since I've picked up a good manga. I want to start the Ajin series, since the anime was so good. <3

Though when I read books, I read a few at a time usually x'D
Right now I'm reading the Foundation series by Isaac Azimov (just finished the prelude, so I'm excited to start the next book x3), I'm reading The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks for my English class, and rereading the Picture of Dorian Grey. Also perusing a couple film/editing books, like The Lean Forward Moment and In the Blink of an Eye.

No, but I am considered obese. I've been working on losing weight, and I've lost just over 20 pounds since the start of the year. I'm going to be cutting back on the amount of soda/pop I drink (Swapping for home-brewed tea when I can), and watching the amount of sugar I consume, and once the weather cools off more and is consistently below 75F each day, I'll be walking more. and making myself go walking even in the winter.

Worm: IKR... I'm going to have to put my webcomics indefinitely on hold because I just can't afford to read them at the moment.
When it comes to manga and anime, I used to enjoy a variety but now I can sit through only exclusively yaoi, shounen ai or fujoshi... I can't mark the moment the transition happened but I'm kinda doomed especially anime-wise, since there's a very small range of BL anime.

I'm fond of Isaac Asimov. Now I come to think of it, maybe he and Vandana Singh are the only sci-fi authors I read. I hardly read sci-fi otherwise.

@Den I'm glad your weight loss plan is focused on improving your health rather than rapid weight loss like too many people I know. I used to walk every day, but I've had to stop after coming to college because the campus is only an acre, no space to walk really, and going outside isn't an option because of serious safety issues.
