she's just...creepy! She's a fortune teller, I think? She has an advertisement on the bulletin board, I'm supposed to fetch her if anybody wants a tarot reading.

Never had a tarot reading turn out right so meh
And don't accuse people of being creepy without knowing them well enough to say why, thats just rude.
